Order Processing Time
We work on dispatching all orders within 2-3 working days. The day in which order is placed is counted if it’s placed before 12 noon.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time – India
Due to the current situation, we don’t offer COD for any orders.
All orders are shipped via surface.
Following are the average shipping times, if your order still hasn’t arrived 3 days past time, contact makeavish@vishuponastar.com with the subject, “Delivery Delays”
Within City – 3 days
Within Tamil Nadu – 3 days
Rest of India – 7 days
Northeast and Jammu and Kashmir – 9 days
International – 20 days
We work with third-party couriers companies like FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart, ECom Express for shipping your orders. And hence if you feel that the shipment is delayed or lost, contact the given email ID. We will contact the shipping company in question and check your order. If the package was indeed lost a full refund or replacement order will be provided. Contact our email for further queries regarding the same.
Courier delays in certain areas may happen in uncontrollable ways due to natural calamities, city lockdowns, festivals etc.
